My Baby Is Growing~

Michael has made the transition from the infant room to the toddler room at day care! I recently purchased a little lunch box for our little man & packed it in preparation for school tomorrow! The scrapbooker that I am, I simply couldn't resist taking a few photos!

Of course I had to leave a little love note!

Sing Along~

Today we ventured to our favorite toy store that I mentioned last week (Mildred & Dildred) for Michael's first sing along. Michael had such a great time, it was so precious watching the joy in his face! It amazes me to see the little man that he's growing to be, I'll forever treasure these moments in a safe place in my heart.

We had to make a stop to pick up my bracelet that I had polished! It looks brand new!

Another Mommy & Me Date~

I've been so horrible about keeping up with my blog & I don't have a reason for it! OK, perhaps being a mommy of a very busy toddler is a reason!

Michael came down with his first case of croup last week and let me tell you, he didn't sleep an entire night for more than 2-3 hours at a time for 4 nights! Our sweet little man ran a steady temperature of 100-103.5, thank heavens for Tylenol & Ibuprofen! He's been on the mend for a couple of days & I am one happy camper!

I decided that Michael & I were long overdue for another mommy & me date! We went to my favorite mall La Encantada
and had a great time! Our first stop was Tiffany & Co as I have a bracelet that dearly needed polishing, then we went to our now favorite toy shop Mildred And Dildred (http://www.mildredanddildred.com/). We were both in awe of the variety and great selection! I enjoy M & D as the toys stimulate children with learning & tend to make children use their imagination. Unfortunately our trip in the toy store was short due to an almost blowout in Michael's underpants! We finished our date at a gelato shop (Frost). I'm looking forward to many more mommy & me dates with my handsome little man!

Splash Pad fun~

Michael & I had a double date with our best friends at a nearby splash pad. My sweet little man cried the entire time, which is so surprising as he loves pool time & bath time. Needless to say, he was glued to my side with his arms around my neck until we decided to sit aside.
